Once a client company has retained us for a search assignment, we will also work for them on a contingency basis. For positions below the VP level, we will introduce candidates matching openings in your company and only charge a fee if they are hired. In addition, we will introduce talented individuals on an exploratory "first-look" basis, whether or not there is a current open requisition.

Controlled Work Load:

Riviera Partners doesn't recruit for healthcare and we don't place consumer goods executives. Our model demands we invest time and energy in developing specialized practice areas. Every search is conducted according to a rigorous process documenting every step. If we can't add value we simply don't get involved. The partners and principals do the work themselves, and we don't over-commit.
