Michael is a Founding and Managing Partner with 14 years of experience in recruiting, technology sales and management. He focuses exclusively on recruiting Executive Level talent in the area of Engineering and Product Management/Marketing. He also has operational responsibility for Riviera's fast growing Contingency Practice, which focuses on individual contributor level roles within engineering organizations
Michael spent 4 years as a Officer in the Air Force holding several Project Manager and Program Manager roles. He worked on a number of NASA research missions and while with the GPS Program Office, he was responsible for the development of the DoD's first joint service software simulation tool used to determine GPS navigation and its impact upon combat effectiveness. The Military Operations Research Society has published him.
Michael began his sales career working for Altera, LSI Logic and Lucent.

MS Information Systems - University of Southern California.
He and his wife Dina and their son Cesare Antonio reside in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
Michael is a Pilot, enjoys Fly-fishing, Cycling, Rugby, Formula One and College football.
