Full Stack Engineer
We are looking for an exceptional full-stack engineer who will help in the design and implementation of our systems. These systems constitute the engine that powers our platform to find the best executive talent for our clients. You will work closely with the rest of the engineering and data science teams as well as our product managers to ensure that our systems meet requirements for automating workflows, managing large volumes of data, and providing fast, data-driven, and resilient APIs that scale as the company grows. You will draw from your strong experience in building robust, scalable systems when you implement efficient solutions to difficult problems. If this excites you, then we would love to talk to you!
What you will do
- Play a significant role in the design and architecture of the system
- Work with both front-end and back-end development
- Design and develop scalable, reliable modules with clear and flexible APIs
- Organize and build software that is easy to maintain
- Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and data integrity issues
- Implement code in a collaborative and dynamic working environment
- Lead and mentor a team of junior to mid-level engineers
What you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise software development
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or database technologies
- Experience utilizing and managing AWS services
- Experience implementing and consuming scalable web services and APIs
- Be a self-starter, persistent, and creative at problem-solving
- Experience with Enterprise software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Current Stack: JavaScript, ReactJS, Elasticsearch, MS SQL Server, and integration with various 3rd party APIs/services
- Experience with OutSystems Application Development Platform a plus
- Experience with test automation a plus
