Biography
Jayme Karr is a Director at Riviera Partners and a founding member of the firm’s AI Practice. She specializes in executive search across AI research, applied AI/ML, and data science and data leadership roles.
Jayme has partnered with companies across the full lifecycle, from venture-backed ideas at inception to multi-billion-dollar public organizations. She works closely with founders and executives to build technical, data, and AI leadership teams and has partnered with some of the world’s largest, category-defining AI, consumer, and marketplace businesses that have meaningfully changed how people live, work, and interact with technology.
Prior to joining Riviera, she led R&D-focused recruiting at high-growth companies including Genies and advised early-stage startups on building founding technical and AI teams. She was also an early member of True Search’s Product, Data, and Technology team. Jayme began her career supporting AI and NLP hiring for Apple’s Siri organization and is known for her out-of-the-box problem solving, forward-thinking perspective, and data-centric approach that drives high engagement on both the client and candidate sides.
