Biography
Lydia Shepherd is a Partner in Riviera Partners’ EMEA Practice, with close to 15 years of experience building high-performing technology and product leadership teams across Europe. Her career began in investment banking, where she developed a strong foundation in business strategy and market dynamics. Transitioning into executive search, Lydia has since led leadership mandates for VC-backed, PE-backed, and public companies, with deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development. She holds a degree in Archaeology & Anthropology from the University of Oxford.
