Prior to joining Riviera, Maddy was a Partner at Erevena, where she advised investors, boards, and founders on C-suite and board-level hiring, working with some of the fastest-growing companies in the world from early stage through IPO. She also served as Head of Talent and later Talent Director at Notion Capital, partnering with portfolio companies to scale their executive teams.
