Biography
Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in executive search and has completed over 250 leadership placements spanning AI/ML, Data, Product, and Engineering. His work has ranged from placing CTOs to senior functional executives across growth-stage, private equity–backed, and public companies. Prior to joining Riviera, Ryan founded and led two boutique retained search firms and partnered with leading enterprises including WPP, Medidata, and Comcast. Earlier in his career, he built technology leadership teams in-house at Paramount Global (NASDAQ: PARA) and Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ: WBD).
In addition to his search work, he is an active early-stage investor with a portfolio of more than 40 companies.
