Andy is among a very select few recruiters with over 15 years of experience delivering talent at the intersection of quantitative finance, AI/ML, and Tech across both agency and in-house positions.
Previously, Andy was a Global Top Biller at GQR Global Market, a recruitment agency specializing in quantitative finance. He’s also worked and led recruiting coverages for Two Sigma, Citadel, Point72 and AQR Capital.
Given his collective experience he has a unique and nuanced understanding of researchers and engineers who are quantitative or AI/ML focused.
