Biography
Adam Charlson is a Partner with Riviera Partners, where he leads executive searches across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering for public companies. He brings more than 30 years of retained executive search experience, with deep expertise across security, AI, machine learning, analytics, and cloud computing.
Prior to joining Riviera, Adam spent a decade as Managing Partner at Highspring Consulting and previously founded and scaled Charlson Partners into a multi-million-dollar search firm with offices nationwide. Adam spent the first half of his career building and leading the software practices at Korn/Ferry and Spencer Stuart.
