Biography
Adam Zellner is a Partner in Riviera Partners’ Public practice, where he advises enterprise clients on building high-impact leadership teams across technology, product, engineering, cloud operations, and security functions. He brings over a decade of executive search experience, most recently as a senior leader at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was part of the Global Information Officers and Digital practices and led searches for CIOs, CTOs, CPOs, CISOs, and senior engineering executives. He also served as General Manager of Heidrick Digital, helping launch the firm’s first talent intelligence products. Adam has deep expertise across software, hardware, consumer, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, and is known for his ability to match transformative leaders with complex, growth-oriented organizations.
