Ali Behnam is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Riviera Partners, with over 23 years of experience in executive-level engineering searches for top tech clients like Uber, LinkedIn, Twitter, ServiceNow, DoorDash and GitHub. He specializes in executive search for emerging, growth and venture-backed companies across the Consumer Internet, SaaS, and Enterprise Software industries.
Before Riviera, he co-founded PeopleMover, an enterprise workforce management firm acquired by Opus360. Ali’s career began in consulting at Accenture and BearingPoint, where he worked with leading technologies companies.
