He has led executive, technology, go-to-market, and high-volume hiring teams globally, helping organizations navigate periods of rapid growth, transformation, and change.
Before joining Riviera Partners as Director, Private Equity, Cory held talent leadership roles at insightsoftware, Squarespace, Grubhub, and Orbitz Worldwide. He began his career in executive search at Korn Ferry and brings deep expertise across technology, consumer, retail, and SaaS organizations in both public and private equity-backed environments. Throughout his career, he has helped companies attract exceptional leaders, build high-performing teams, and drive business growth.
