Biography
Doug Peterson is a Director at Riviera Partners within the Private Equity practice.
Prior to Riviera, Doug served as a Managing Director within Modern’s Technology Practice, specializing in executive search and talent advisory across the Fortune 500 and select PE & Hedge Fund clients. Before joining Modern, Doug was a Senior Associate at Leathwaite, where he delivered Tech, Risk, and Finance searches across the Banking, Fintech, Hedge Fund, Payments, and Private Equity industries. He began his search career with the Carol Hartman Group, a boutique focused on Wealth Management.
