Erik Blumberg is a Director in the Private Equity Practice at Riviera Partners, where he partners with PE-backed and growth-stage companies to recruit transformative business and technology leaders. He brings deep experience executing C-suite and senior leadership searches across AI, product, engineering, data, cybersecurity, and IT. Prior to joining Riviera, Erik spent over eight years at Caldwell in their Technology practice, earning multiple firm-wide placement awards.
