Harleigh Schneider is a Director at Riviera Partners, where she focuses on executive search within the Public Company practice. Harleigh brings more than a decade of experience recruiting senior leaders across technology, consumer, and professional services organizations. Prior to joining Riviera, she held leadership roles at Highspring, Blend, and Korn Ferry, advising Fortune 100 companies, private equity–backed businesses, and high-growth enterprises. Harleigh began her career in human resources and holds a master’s degree in applied psychology, bringing a people-centered, data-informed approach to executive search.
