Biography
Kim Le is a Director in the Private Equity practice at Riviera Partners, where she partners with leading investors and their portfolio companies to build world-class leadership teams across product and technology. Before joining Riviera, Kim spent five years with Bespoke Partners conducting C-level searches across the private equity software ecosystem for firms including Thoma Bravo, Hg, Francisco Partners, Vista Equity Partners, and TA Associates portfolio companies.
Earlier in her career, she spent over six years in management consulting with Accenture, leading change management and talent strategy initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in energy and utilities, as well as risk management programs in financial services.
Kim is based in San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. On any given weekend, she’s usually out running, biking, or powerlifting—or making a dent in her never-ending list of restaurants to try.
