Biography
Kyra is a Director at Riviera Partners, specializing in VP and C-level Product Management and Engineering searches for late-stage private and public companies. She has built out leadership teams for a variety of successful companies primarily in the consumer internet, marketplace, eCommerce, and social tech space.
Prior to Riviera, Kyra held roles as an executive recruiter in both small boutique-style agencies as well as an international executive recruiting firm, where she led consumer and healthtech VP and C-level Product, Engineering, and Data searches. She began her career recruiting for mid-senior level software engineering talent before transitioning to executive search.
Outside of work, you may find Kyra on long walks with her Great Dane, Remy, or cheering on her favorite college team, CU Boulder (Go Buffs!).
