Biography
Tom Dunn is a Director in Riviera Partners’ Private Equity practice, where he partners with investors and portfolio companies on C-suite, board, and senior executive searches across critical product, engineering, AI, and IT leadership roles. Tom brings 15 years of executive search and consulting experience, most recently as Principal, U.S. at a global search firm, and he has supported private equity–backed, public, founder-led, and startup businesses across software, tech-enabled services, industrials, and adtech on a variety of high impact searches during his career.
