Riviera Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is critical in driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, enhance employee experience, and support a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in onboarding, HR systems, and process improvement, along with strong communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new hire onboarding to ensure timely training, compliance, and high engagement.
• Manage benefits administration, enrollment, and ongoing employee communication.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records; conduct routine audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Monitor and implement updates based on labor laws and HR best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on HR projects to streamline systems, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership, advocating for HR priorities and fostering strong relationships across the business.
• Support change management initiatives and effectively communicate organizational updates.
• Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and U.S. employment law.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead change, solve problems strategically, and communicate clearly and confidently at all levels.
• Proficiency with HRIS (HiBob), payroll/benefits systems (Paylocity, Bswift), and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
