Biography
Josh advises clients of all sizes on a broad range of talent issues. Prior to joining Riviera, he was a Talent Advisor in the Office of the CEO at Google. Before Google, Josh joined Sonos in 2011 when it was a start-up and, as the Global Head of Talent, helped grow the company to >1,700 employees, through the company’s IPO. Earlier Josh gained valuable start-up experience as one of the first 10 employees at two companies that incubated inside Sequoia Capital between 2000 and 2011. He began his career in the Sand Hill Road office of Heidrick & Struggles.
