Sean Lackaye, a Director in Riviera Partners’ Private Equity Practice, is a seasoned recruiting executive whose 20+ years of experience include partnering with some of the top software and technology firms in the US to help build executive teams and to deliver high-level technology recruiting solutions.
Sean’s clients range from venture capital and private equity-backed growth-stage software companies to publicly traded firms that value technology leadership and solutions. He is a lifelong learner who is constantly curious about why people do what they do and how to help them achieve their goals. Born and raised in Manhattan, his career has led him from New York City to Dallas and eventually to Chicago, which he and his family now call home. He enjoys playing ice hockey, mountain biking, and outdoor sportsmanship as well as coaching youth football and hockey.
