Biography
With over a decade of experience in executive search and technical recruiting, Chad partners with founders and investors to build engineering, product, and AI organizations for high-growth technology companies across AI, SaaS, and enterprise software. He focuses on hiring the leaders responsible for developing category-defining products, platforms, and applied AI systems.
Chad works across early-stage through growth-stage companies, leading both foundational technical hiring and executive searches across engineering, product, and AI/ML. He is known for operating as an embedded extension of leadership teams—advising on talent strategy, organizational design, and hiring execution to help companies scale with precision.
Prior to joining Riviera Partners, Chad was a founding member of the technical recruiting team at Grammarly, where he helped scale the company’s engineering, product, and design organizations during a period of rapid growth. He later served as a Partner at Quantum Talent, partnering with top venture-backed startups to build high-performing, AI-first teams. Chad brings a builder-oriented mindset to his work and is passionate about partnering with founders shaping the next generation of technology companies.
