Biography
Christiaan Ballard is a Partner at Riviera Partners, where she leads the firm’s expansion across the Middle East, partnering with technology-focused sovereign wealth funds and private equity–backed organizations on critical leadership hires across product, engineering, data, and innovation.
Prior to Riviera, Christiaan led People & Talent at Liminal, a Temasek-founded venture studio, where she led the appointment of CEOs across ventures as well as operating partners from firms including Airbnb, Google, and AWS. She also served as a Talent Advisor to B Capital Group’s portfolio companies across Southeast Asia and India. Earlier, she helped build HubSpot’s GTM functions.
