With over 16 years of experience in the executive search industry, Eoin is a Managing Partner and leads our Venture-backed practice, which focuses on the unique needs of early stage companies and startups in rapid growth and expansion phases. From concept through product-market fit, he has a deep understanding of the DNA of leadership talent that can propel an early-stage company, and the ability to anticipate how an emerging executive and an accelerating company will grow together.
