Biography
Lauren McNamara is a Senior Director, Partnerships – Private Equity at Riviera Partners, where she partners with private equity firms and portfolio company leaders to build transformative technology and product leadership teams. Prior to joining Riviera, Lauren held client and talent partner roles at Catalant, a fractional talent marketplace. She led project engagements recruiting strategy consultants and executives for a wide spectrum of public and private equity clients. Earlier positions spanning roles at Forrester Research and Harvard Business School Executive Education. She brings a relationship-driven approach and deep experience advising organizations through growth, transformation, and talent strategy initiatives.
