Biography
Margot Pugh is the Senior Director of VC Partnerships at Riviera Partners, where she serves as a strategic partner to venture capital investors and their portfolio companies on technical and executive talent.
She brings firsthand operator experience from founding the talent function at Quiet Capital and from leading all of software engineering recruiting at Waymo, where she scaled the engineering team 6x during her tenure across ML/AI, robotics, and research teams. Earlier in her career, she built her search foundation at Google and Daversa Partners.
