Biography
Peter Sully is a Director in Riviera Partners’ Cybersecurity Practice. With over 14 years of experience, Peter has led high-profile and complex searches, with a track record placing Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and key security professionals. His expertise spans security leadership, engineering, cloud security, detection/incident response, product security, privacy engineering, GRC, insider threat, and other areas. Peter’s technical fluency and deep market knowledge enable him to advise clients across evolving security disciplines and competitive talent landscapes.
Prior to Riviera, Peter was an Executive Recruiter at Artico Search and started his career at LJ Kushner & Associates, leading information security searches. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Monmouth University and maintains an active network within the cybersecurity community.
